Melissa developed a keen sense for fashion in every aspect of her life. Since her first day of Ninth grade, she has documented a detailed description of her daily attire up until the day she transitioned. She honed her skills by devouring any material related to Avant Garde fashion and haute couture. She was naturally drawn to New York City in 2007 and began her career as a Style Architect by forming a company named the Halls of Style as an expression of her artistry. She fearlessly sought the biggest stage and lived in Harlem and Brooklyn in order to live out her dreams and lifelong passion. She excelled and developed a niche in the vintage clothing world, combining her love of family and fashion by obtaining inspiration from the outfits worn by her stunningly beautiful mother and aunts. Melissa Renee Williams is every woman and sought to make the common woman feel beautiful to herself first, with the understanding that her attire would naturally follow with the development of a sense of personal style, beauty, acceptance, and self-love.
Missy is a true and rare beauty. Melissa Renee Williams was adored by the camera. She had a mutual affection for the same and never missed an opportunity to be outlandishly beautiful in a moment's notice and with a panache, flair, and confidence that is unrivaled. She will be laid to rest in Pride, AL next to Katie May Williams, known as Big Mama, her paternal grandmother.
